OPTICIAN/OPTOMETRIC ASSISTANT

We invite you to consider joining our team of outstanding health care professionals. We are a busy three doctor professional optometric practice emphasizing quality patient care. We are looking for a team player with strong sales and people skills. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full time position with benefits. Pay is based on experience and potential to contribute to the practice. Bilingual skills helpful but not required. On-site training is available.

Position requires duties to include but not limited to: Frame selection and knowledge of lens properties, Prescription dispensing and adjustment, Prescription verification, Preliminary testing, Contact lenses training, Knowledge of various vision insurances including VSP, EyeMed and Medicare.
