Second Update: we went back this weekend for my boyfriend's appointment that we made on our first initial visit. Originally I wanted to cancel because of me being frustrated but I figured we might as well go. I would like to take the time to say thank you to Ben. He's given me calls asking how my glasses were. And when we came in today, I told him about how my nose pads were hurting a little and he changed them out for me. My boyfriend was able to pick out glasses he liked too! Overall, it was a pleasure talking today, Ben. Thank you for showing care in our visit today. Update: they called to give me my tracking for my glasses. Ben also apologized for our interaction and for not quality checking my glasses prior to me driving out there. Again, I love the selection here and really loved coming here. I plan to try it again and I hope my experience is better next time. I'm not giving a full 5 stars though because I'm not sure if they were ever going to call me or if this review made them give me a call. But either way I got some answers! I've been coming here for years. Literal YEARS. And I've always said how much I loved their selection of frames and the people working there. However, I went back after a few years (I moved away) and there are new employees. That's fine. That's normal. But they do not have the same care as the employees before. They didn't even quality check my glasses when they arrived. So I drove an hour to go pick them up just for them to tell me "sorry we have to send it back to the lab". I'm an understanding person so at first I was a little sad but didn't mind. It wasn't until Ben (I think that was his name) came over to tell me they can ship to me and when I asked about how it would be shipped. He clearly was upset with me asking and literally said "they do this all the time". I'm sorry??? I've never had this happen here before so sorry I asked if my glasses were going to arrive at my home safely? On top of all this, they still haven't arrived. I haven't gotten a single call or text about when they will be shipping out my glasses. I'm overall disappointed and this will most likely be my last time coming here.

I was looking for a place nearby to repair my daughter's glasses. I didn't have time to trek to Costco like i usually would've. I walked in and received a warm welcome from one staff member. She asked what I needed and I explained. She then handed my daughter's glasses off to another friendly staff member. He took a look at the glasses and said, "I think I can fix these." A few minutes later, mission accomplished. I asked him how much the repair cost and he said there wasn't any cost. I was amazed. Thanks so much for the fantastic service!

I have been a patient at East Hills Vision center for over 10 years. The staff is very patient and provide excellent customer service. The Doctors are all exceptional and care about my vision health. The assortment of designer frames is second to none and provide options in any price range. I would seriously have to be paid to leave this office, they are that wonderful.

The folks at East Hills Vision Care really made me feel valued as a patient. From the receptionists to Dr. Trinh, everyone was so polite and welcoming. I purchased my contact lenses and eye glasses from East Hills after Danny patiently explained all of my options. I am very grateful for being referred to East Hills Vision Care, and I gladly would refer them to anyone who is in need of optical services. Friendly, helpful, and honest folks :)

I took my parents get there eye exam. I am glad I brought them here the staff was friendly and the optometrist. They were able to answer my parents questions and concerns. The staff spoke to them in Spanish is a plus my parents were pleased with the service provided at this place. I definitely recommend to family and friends.

I went to East Hills Vision for the first time this year and my appointment was the best experience I ever had in a vision center. The Dr. was pleasant and informative about all my questions on what is the best care for my 50 year old eyes. :) The staff was very nice, patient and polite. You will love it there!!

The entire team is great here, from the receptionist to the tech prepping the pretests to the doctor herself! Any concerns I had regarding insurance billing and eye health were addressed, making me feel very reassured afterwards. Thank you!

Very clean and professional Office. The staff is always very nice and helpful. The Doctors are always pleasant and take their time with you. I very much enjoy their eye exam process. Much more thorough then my previous Optometrist office

Excellent customer service from the minute you walk in, every time. Physicians are very patient, thorough and traje the time to explain things. The variety of eye glasses and contacts on display is good.
