Second Update: we went back this weekend for my boyfriend's appointment that we made on our first initial visit. Originally I wanted to cancel because of me being frustrated but I figured we might as well go. I would like to take the time to say thank you to Ben. He's given me calls asking how my glasses were. And when we came in today, I told him about how my nose pads were hurting a little and he changed them out for me. My boyfriend was able to pick out glasses he liked too! Overall, it was a pleasure talking today, Ben. Thank you for showing care in our visit today. Update: they called to give me my tracking for my glasses. Ben also apologized for our interaction and for not quality checking my glasses prior to me driving out there. Again, I love the selection here and really loved coming here. I plan to try it again and I hope my experience is better next time. I'm not giving a full 5 stars though because I'm not sure if they were ever going to call me or if this review made them give me a call. But either way I got some answers! I've been coming here for years. Literal YEARS. And I've always said how much I loved their selection of frames and the people working there. However, I went back after a few years (I moved away) and there are new employees. That's fine. That's normal. But they do not have the same care as the employees before. They didn't even quality check my glasses when they arrived. So I drove an hour to go pick them up just for them to tell me "sorry we have to send it back to the lab". I'm an understanding person so at first I was a little sad but didn't mind. It wasn't until Ben (I think that was his name) came over to tell me they can ship to me and when I asked about how it would be shipped. He clearly was upset with me asking and literally said "they do this all the time". I'm sorry??? I've never had this happen here before so sorry I asked if my glasses were going to arrive at my home safely? On top of all this, they still haven't arrived. I haven't gotten a single call or text about when they will be shipping out my glasses. I'm overall disappointed and this will most likely be my last time coming here.

I was looking for a place nearby to repair my daughter's glasses. I didn't have time to trek to Costco like i usually would've. I walked in and received a warm welcome from one staff member. She asked what I needed and I explained. She then handed my daughter's glasses off to another friendly staff member. He took a look at the glasses and said, "I think I can fix these." A few minutes later, mission accomplished. I asked him how much the repair cost and he said there wasn't any cost. I was amazed. Thanks so much for the fantastic service!

I have been a patient at East Hills Vision center for over 10 years. The staff is very patient and provide excellent customer service. The Doctors are all exceptional and care about my vision health. The assortment of designer frames is second to none and provide options in any price range. I would seriously have to be paid to leave this office, they are that wonderful.

The folks at East Hills Vision Care really made me feel valued as a patient. From the receptionists to Dr. Trinh, everyone was so polite and welcoming. I purchased my contact lenses and eye glasses from East Hills after Danny patiently explained all of my options. I am very grateful for being referred to East Hills Vision Care, and I gladly would refer them to anyone who is in need of optical services. Friendly, helpful, and honest folks :)

I took my parents get there eye exam. I am glad I brought them here the staff was friendly and the optometrist. They were able to answer my parents questions and concerns. The staff spoke to them in Spanish is a plus my parents were pleased with the service provided at this place. I definitely recommend to family and friends.

We first visited East Hills Vision Care because one daughter needed glasses. We truly enjoyed the great level of customer service and options available for eyewear! Out whole family has switched to having all our eye care needs taken care of at East Hills Vision Care.

I have been a regular at East Hills Vision Care since the 1990's. My wife and both kids (20 and 19 now) have been seen by Dr. Jung and the good staff there and they have actually seen my kids grow up. They have always been very professional and accommodating.

I have gone to East Hills Vision care for probably 5 years now. I have always had good experience with everyone. My exam findings are discussed with me during the appointment. I don't live in the San Jose area, but I am willing to make that drive with extra mile because I trust Eat Hills Vision Care.

I have been going to East Hills Vision Center for quite some time. Dr. Ngo is AWESOME! He listens, cares and is dedicated to helping his patient's maintain a healthy "vision" lifestyle. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable. The office staff is also AWESOME, from check in to picking up your glasses they are attentive and knowledgeable of their customers needs. I have a great appreciation for their dedication of following the CDC guidelines during this crazy new way of pandemic life. During my visit I saw the staff sanitize, wipe down after each customer & maintain the appropriate social distancing. Dr. Ngo & Staff thank you for the continued support & great vision care!

I’ve been a customer now for two years. What I like most about East Hills is the warm touch You get the minute you walk through the door. The staff is nice and cordial. The check in process is fast, and the doctors are really good. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
